  • Our marketing and advertising will always be clear, truthful and openly communicated.

 

  • As an NHBC 'Premium Rated' home builder, you will be provided with an industry-regulated NHBC 10-year Buildmark cover, along with any other manufacturers' warranties from which our customers may benefit.

 

  • For the first two years after buying your home, all items are covered against defects through workmanship or materials.

 

  • In the remaining eight years, structural defects and certain other items are covered by the warranty.

 

  • Reliable and relevant information about the completion and occupancy of the property will be communicated at all times. As soon as a 'moving-in day' is agreed, we will ensure that the property is complete, that the transfer of ownership takes place and that the functions and facilities of the property are demonstrated.

 

  • You will receive a full Handover Pack, containing manufacturers' guarantees, warranty cover notes and registration details and their contact details. We will also provide information regarding routine enquiries and customer service problems for emergencies and non-emergencies.

 

  • Netherdown homes are all insulated to a very high standard and are heated by energy efficient systems, helping to reduce running costs, use less energy and emit fewer environmentally damaging gases.

 

  • Our policy in building your new home is, wherever possible and practical, to reduce waste and to use environmentally friendly products.

 

  • We pride ourselves on our good working relationships with purchaser appointed solicitors, the estate agents, and of course yourself to ensure the process of buying your new home is as smooth as possible.
